摘要  用400MPa内高压成形机对轿车后轴纵臂进行内高压成形试验研究,设计了合理的模具结构,包括分模面和冲头密封形式。分析了矩形截面圆角成形特点和所需成形压力计算公式,制定出合理的内高压工艺和参数,成功地试制出轿车后轴纵臂,经检测尺寸满足设计要求。 An experiment was conducted on hydroforming of rear axle arm part used for a car in 400MPa hydroforming press and reasonable die structure was designed, including parting surface and sealing of punches. The feature of forming transition radius of the rectangular section was analyzed and the equation for calculating the calibration pressure was given. Based on appropriate process parameters, rear axle arm parts were successfully manufactured and the tested dimension of the hydroformed rear axle arm parts meets the design specifications.
