Drawing Die Design of Small Curvature Car Cover Panel

在分析小曲率轿车覆盖件成形特点的基础上,指出采用阶梯拉深是提高材料塑性变形、减少回弹的有效措施,以一个典型零件前盖外板为例,设计了其拉深工艺补充面,并给出了有限元模拟结果以验证有效性。

Based on the analysis of the forming character of small curvature car cover panel, the ladder drawing is put forward to increasing plastic deforming and eliminating springback error. A part of car's front cover outer is used to show the drawing die design, and FEM simulation result is also provided to prove the efficiency of the above method.
