以大鼠为试验对象,研究冷应激情况下肾上腺组织结构的变化。

Experimenting on rats, this article studies organic and structural varieties of adrenal glands. Result:The width of zona fasiculata and zona reticularis of adrenal cortex in stress groups is notable higher than normal temperature matched control, and the boundary is obvious.The cell number of zona fasiculata of adrenal cortex in stress groups is markedly more than normal temperature matched control. The cell number of adrenal medulla is also markedly more than normal temperature matched control.Compared to the normal temperature matched control, the cell number of zona glomerulosa of adrenal cortex in stress groups increases, and some cell divide; nuclei of zona fasiculata are bigger than common cells, cytoplasms contain lots of lipid granules, granules desquamate and cells have vacuoles; lipid granules decrease in cytoplasm of zona reticularis, and cells diminish; cells of adrenal medulla have increased sizes, nuclei augment and concentrate, and cytoplasm staining is deeper.
