摘要
研究了自制的聚丙烯型大孔树脂的微观结构、吸附性能和在餐饮泔水处理方面的应用。结果表明 ,聚丙烯型大孔树脂具有蜂窝状多孔立体结构 ,对N2 的吸附符合BET方程 ;多分子层吸附表面积为 468 8m2 /g ,饱和吸附容量为 10 5 8cm3 /g ;当树脂以 1 75× 10 -4kg/m3 的密度填充于 5 2× 2的玻璃柱 ,且餐饮泔水流量为 3L/h时 ,泔水中废油脂和CODCr去除率分别达到 70 4%和 86 8%,提示该树脂具有优良的吸附性能 ,能有效地去除泔水中的废油脂和CODCr。
The microstructure,adsorption characteristics and application to the treatment of restaurant swill of macroporous PP resin were studied The results showed that the resin had a kind of alveolate reticular porous structure,the adsorption was owing to muli molecule layer (BET equation),BET surface area was 468 8 m 2/g,the saturated adsorptive capacity was 105 8cm 3/g,when a 52×2 pillar was filled with the resin with density of 1 75×10 -4 kg/m 3,and the flow rate of the swill was 3 l/h,the removing rate of waste grease and COD Cr were up to 70 4% and 86 8% respectively,which indicated the macroporous PP resin had good adsorption functions,could effectively eliminate waste grease and COD Cr from the swill
