以美国CATpillar公司D6D履带式推土机动力换挡变速箱各档传动效率的计算为例 ,通过将计算过程归一为关于行星排参数的简便计算 ,介绍了速比法在多排行星齿轮变速箱效率计算中的应用。企业的项目实例证明此方法是行之有效的 ,并且可作为变速箱设计或电算化编程的数学模型。
As an illustrative instance of D6D track bulldozer made by CATpillar company, the paper presents the application of speed-ratio approach in the efficiency calculation of several interconnected planetary gear sets by simplifying the process as a handy model about the parameter of the planet bars. This approach has been proved by practice and can be used for transmission design.
