摘要 用柠檬酸钠作为配体,用电刷镀的方法使Ni P共沉积的同时,可以从溶液中沉积出La3+,从而得到Ni P La复合镀层。对复合镀层的研究表明:稀土元素La3+的加入提高了复合刷镀层的沉积速度、耐蚀性和结合强度。 Using Na_3C_6H_5O_7 as carrier and adopting brush-plating method La^(3+) will be deposited together with Ni-P, from the solution, and a complex brush-plating layer of Ni-P-La can be obtained. Influences of La^+ addition on properties of complex electric brush-plating layer were studied. The results showed that velocity, corrosion resistance and adhension of the complex plating layer was improved if rare earth La^(3+) was added into the brush plating solution.
