摘要
在冷战期间和冷战后 ,联合国都发挥了重要作用。本文试图从历史和现实两个方面说明 ,美国发动对伊战争前后出现的“联合国终结论”是错误的。随着体制和机制的不断完善 ,联合国必将在国际事务中发挥越来越重要的作用 。
UN plays an active role during the Cold War and after it .The article clarifies the fact this tovically and nectistically that the theory of “Ending UN” is wrong asing during US lanched the war by perfecting the system constantly,the UN will plays a more and more significant role.
