The factors which affect the quality of college English teaching and learning and their countermeasures

经济全球化 ,科学技术国际化已成为新的时代特征 ,现今的大学英语教学难以满足社会经济和科技文化发展需要的现状。本文拟从理论与实践相结合的角度 ,分析了影响大学英语教学质量的相关因素 ,进而提出了提高大学生英语交际能力的有效途径 :教学模式的转变、教学手段的转变、情感因素的转变。

Globelization of economy and internationalization of science and technology are becoming characteristics of the new epoch.Nowadays college English teaching and learning can′t meet the needs of rapid development of social economy,science,technology and culture.Combining theory with practice,this article intends to analyze the factors which affect the quality of college English teaching and learning,thus put forward effective methods to improve students′ communicating ability:change of teaching model,change of teaching methods,change of emotional factors.
