摘要
通过室内试验筛选出有效的玉米螟致病菌及赤眼蜂栽菌的最佳方式,并对载菌赤眼蜂进行了田间防治玉米螟的效果评价。通过对卵寄生率及百株遗留虫量的调查,赤眼蜂携带病原菌对赤眼蜂的寄生能力没有影响,释放载菌赤眼蜂比单独释放赤眼蜂提高防效11.59％～15.21％。
The studies on effective pathogenic bacteria for Ostrinia fumacalis and on bacterium-carrying methods of Trichogramma were carried out. Parasitized oval ratio and larva residue numbers were investigated. The results showed that the control efficacy increased from 13 .95% to 15 .21% . It had no effect on Trichogramma's parasitic ability of bacterium carrying.
