人参及制品中二硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂残留量的测定研究

Studies on Residue Determination of Dithiocarbamate Antimicrobial in Panax ginseng and Its Articles

采用顶空气相色谱分析技术测定了二硫代氨基甲酸盐类杀菌剂在人参及制品中的农药残留量。测定结果表明:该方法最低检出限为0.1 mg/kg,回收率均大于80.9％,二硫代氨基甲酸盐类在人参中残留量均小于0.42 mg/kg。该方法具有简便、快速、准确、干扰小等特点。

A head space gas chromatography method for determining dithiocarbamate antimicrobial residues in Panax ginseng and its articles was described. Result: The minimum detectable value was 0.1 mg/kg. Recoveries were higher than 80.9% . Residues of dithiocarbamate antimicrobial in Panax ginseng were less than 0.42 mg/kg. This method was efficient, easy and fast.
