本文系统介绍了小麦胚综合利用的途径和方法,并对我国小麦胚食品的开了建立和设想。
This paper systematically introduces the way and method of using wheat germ in a comprenensive way and comes up with some suggestions and intentive ideas in developing the wheat germ food in our country.
