二甲苯磺酸钠碱炼工艺的研究

摘要 本文报导采用二甲苯磺酸钠碱炼米糠油和棉子油的实验研究。毛油经脱胶、脱蜡,然后加入预先与二甲苯磺酸钠混合的碱液进行碱炼,清油经水洗脱水成为成品油。二甲笨磺酸钠回收后循环使用,同时得到脂肪酸。整个过程无高浓度废水排出。实验结果表明:碱液浓度为12~0Be,加入2倍于游离脂肪酸量的25%二甲苯磺酸钠溶液,中和温度70℃,中和时间60分钟可获得最佳精炼效果。该工艺精炼率高,环境污染少,特别是精炼高酸价油经济效益较显著。 This paper reports experimental researches on the alkali refining process of rice bran and cottonseed oils with sodium dimethyl benzene suifonate. After degumming and dewaxing, rough oil was added with caustic lye, which had been premixed with sodium dimethyl benzene suifonate, to carry out the alkali refining. The clear oil was then washed and dried to get a finished product. Sodium dimethyl benzene suifonate could be recovered for cyclicuses and fatty acids were obtained simultaneously. The overall process discharged no waste water with high concentration. This experiment shows that the optimum refining efficiency can be obtained in the situation as follows; iye concentration is 12°Be ;dosage of sodium dimethyl benzene suifonate (dissolved in water in the proportion of 25%) being two times as much the free fatty acid content of the oil is added to rough 0: 1;neutralizing temperature is 70℃ ; neutralization time is 60 min. The process produced high yield of finished oil with low environment pollution. And it is especially economically efficient for the refining of oils with high content of free fatty acids.
