The implementation of strategies in developing the western regions of China is inevitably promoted by many factors in which design culture has direct effect on the scale of economic development and social produetivity.Advancing design culture reflects knowledge power and directly creates material civilization.The diversity of design culture may be understood as economic culture,symbolic culture of industrial technology,forward culture of modern technological development,creative culture combining matter with spirit and culture of the social division and harmony of labour.Design culture helps to promote the implementation of strategies of the Party Central Committee and ensures the rapid development of economy of the West China.
