应用微机建立菜油氢化模型的研究

摘要 通过一系列正交实验,应用微机导出了高芥酸、低芥酸品种莱油氢化的反应速率模型和产品熔点模型。这些模型中含有温度、压强、催化剂浓度和搅拌强度等操作参数,反映了这些操作参数对氢化反应速率和产品熔点特性的影响。该模型可用来预测在实验值范围内某组操作参数下的反应速率和产品熔点,反过来,也可用来预测某个特定产品所需的最小催化剂用量,以指导工业生产。 The models of the reaction rate and product melting Point for the hydrogenation of rapeseed oil of the types of high and low crucic acids were derived through a series of orthogonal experiments by the use of a microcomputer. These models include operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, catalyst concentration and agitation strength. The models reflect the effect of these operating parameters on hydrogenation reaction rate and the characteristics of product melting point. They can be used to predict the reaction rate and product melting point under a certain group of operating parameters within the range of the experimental value and can also be used to predict the minimum catalyst dosage of some specific product so as to guide industrial production.
