摘要
从流体力学的角度研究分析液压传动原理在采煤机滚筒调高系统中的应用 ,一个合理的液压系统 ,在技术上能满足机械的运动速度 ,当液压调高系统出现故障时 ,外增设调高系统及时转换正常工作状态。在使用上保证系统安全可靠 ,在经济上应力求传动效率提高。为此本文根据上述思路 ,设计一种实用的采煤机外增备用调高液压系统。在设计之前应充分了解机械的工作条件、负载大小与性质、运动形成、速度变化及调节范围、执行机构总功率及其分配 ,同时 。
The fluid drive principle used in height adjusting system of shearer drum is analyzed according to hydromechanics.A reasonable hydraulic system can satisfy the movement of machinery from technology, which is able to convert into a normal working state when it appears trouble, and it can ensure the system safety reliability and lift transmission efficient from economics.According to the above,a practical reserve height adjusting system of the coal winning machine is designed.Before designing, the working condition,loading quantity and quality,movement state,speed,change and regulation range,general power of operating device and power distribution as well as the working condition of the other system operating at same time are analyzed.
