摘要
在固定床高压流动反应装置上考察了CuO -ZnO/HZSM - 5和CuO -ZnO -ZrO2 -MnO2 -Al2 O3/HZSM - 5二甲醚 (合成 )催化剂的活性 .实验结果表明 ,CuO -ZnO -ZrO2 -MnO2 -Al2 O3/HZSM - 5催化剂在高空速下活性较好 .同时确定二甲醚 (合成 )催化剂的最佳反应条件为 :T反 ≤ 2 5 0℃ ,P =4.0MPa,GHSV =1 0 0 0h- 1 .
The behavior of the CuO-ZnO-ZrO 2-MnO 2-Al 2O 3/HZSM-5 and CuO-ZnO /HZSM-5catalysts were studied by using usural fixed-bed and high-pressure flow apparatus. And the studies focused on the effects of reaction conditions on the activity of the catalysts for conversiton syngas to dimethyl ether. It was found that the CuO-ZnO-ZrO 2-MnO 2-Al 2O 3/HZSM-5 catalyst had a higher activity in high space velocity, and it is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing of DME. The optimal reactions conditions are as follow: the reaction temperature is 260 ℃, and the space velocity is about 1000 h -1 and the reaction pressure is about 4.0MPa.
