以不同烷基取代的吡啶酮为偶合组分,分别采用3-氨基-5-硝基苯并异噻唑、2-氨基-6-硝基苯并噻唑以及对氯邻硝基苯胺为重氮组分合成了12个分散染料。用质谱、核磁、红外光谱确定了其结构。染料Ⅰ、Ⅱ为偶氮-醌腙异构体,Ⅲ为稳定的醌腙体。染料Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的最大吸收光谱分别为502nm、445nm、430nm;染料Ⅰ、Ⅱ受pH值影响较大.Ⅰ染料的pH值由2升到12时,最大吸由497nm升至581nm,变色点为pH=3-4;Ⅱ染料的pH值由3升至9时,最大吸收由430nm升至504nm,变色点为pH=4-5:而染料Ⅲ受pH值影响很小。
Twelve pyridone-based disperse dyes were synthesized from a variety of substituted pyridones as the coupling components and 3-amino-5-nitrobenzoisothiazole, 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole and 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline as the diazo components respectively. They were characterized by MS, NMR and IR. Dye Ⅰ and Ⅱ were azo-quinohydrazone isomerides, Dye Ⅲ was a stable quinohydrazone. The maximum absorptions of Dye Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were found at 502,445 and 430 nm respectively. Dye Ⅰand Ⅱ were affected greatly by pH values. If pH raised from 2 to 12, the maximum absorption shifted from 497nm to 581nm, color changed at pH= 3-4; when pH raised from 3 to 9, the maximum absorption of Dye Ⅱ shifted from 430nm to 504nm, color changed at pH = 4-5; Dye Ⅲ, however, was less affected by pH.
