溶剂对C.I.颜料黄147结晶性能的影响

摘要 以X-衍射为分析手段研究了溶剂对C.I.颜料黄147结晶性能的影响。结果袁明:在颜料合成中以硝基苯为溶剂时,在2θ=23-28范围内其衍射峰高于邻二氯苯溶剂,结晶度和颜料性能更好:在后处理中使用极性溶剂DMF比使用非极性溶剂二甲苯更有利于结晶体发育和提高结晶度。 The effect of solvent on crystallization property of C.I. Pigment Yellow 147 was studied by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the pigment gave larger peak at the range of 2θ=23-28, nitrobenzene being used as the solvent rather than o-dichlorobenzene. Both crystallinity and pigment properties have improved During the after-treatment of the pigment, the use of polar DMF as the solvent would be more favorable for the generation of crystals and for the improvement of crystallinity of the pigment.
