摘要
关于中药消除运动性疲劳的研究,近几年来取得很大的进展。但在今后一段时期还仍是运动医学界的重要话题。通过对近二十年来部分研究文献的总结发现,中药消除运动性疲劳的方法主要有中药内服、中药外用、中药注射以及内外兼用四种。不仅要重视中药的配方,还应重视中药的焙制和煎制方法。此外,传统中医药与现代基因科学技术相结合应值得进一步推广。
There has been great progress about the study of the anti-fatigue methods of Chinese traditional medicine in recent 20 years,but it'll still be an important issue of sports medicine in the future.By reading some of these papers,the author finds that the anti-fatigue methods of Chinese traditional medicine include being taken orally,external using,injecting and both of being taken orally and external using and so on.The methods of broiling and decocting for Chinese medicine should also be appreciated.Besides,it is worthwhile to promote the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern scientific technology of gene.
