摘要
针对老年人身体状态和生理机能等特点,在参加体育活动时老年人对运动的时间段选择、运动强度的确定、运动时间和次数安排,几种常见老年病的运动处方做一个较全面的简介,对老年人的保健和体育运动有一定的科学指导意义。
Aiming at the characteristics of body state and physical enginery, this article gives some introduction on how to selection sport time sect , sport load and intensity , how to arrange sport way and times, and gives some sports prescription for olcl-aged illness. It would be instructively meaningful for old people to do exercises and to keep fitness.
