摘要
采用文献研究、调查访谈、逻辑推理等研究方法,根据体操运动员运动训练、竞赛产生运动性疲劳的特点,提出了有针对性的恢复手段,包括体操运动员生理疲劳和心理疲劳的恢复手段两方面,以期为完善体操运动训练、提高运动员的竞技能力以及增进运动员的身心健康提供有益的帮助。
According to the characteristics of gymnastics,this paper puts forward the means of gymnasts fatigue recovering by using the method of documentary,investigation and logical.It will offer great theory value and practical significance to perfect gymnastic training,increase competitive ability and improve athletes' health.
