摘要
运动性疲劳和恢复过程一直是体育科学研究的主要课题,根据疲劳产生的机理,利用主观感觉和生理生化指标来判断运动性疲劳发生的部位,认为运动性疲劳的恢复分三个阶段,可以采取休息、营养、推拿、中医药等方法来预防和恢复。
Sports fatigue and recovery process are the main subjects of the sports scientific researches all the time. According to the mechanism of the fatigue, we can judge the sports fatigue position by subjective feeling and biochemical and physiological indexes. It puts forward that the sports fatigue recovery should be divided into three periods. We can prevent and recover it by having a rest, nutrition ,massage and Chinese traditional medicine.
