摘要
通过观察对比田径、跆拳道、举重、自行车运动员训练后CK、BUN值的大小,初探其形成原因。每周测定队员的CK、BUN指标1次,对结果进行统计分析。结果表明,4个运动项目的CK均值大小排列为自行车>举重>跆拳道>田径,4个运动项目的BUN值超过正常值上限8 3mmol/L的机率都少,最多的只有8 2%。说明CK值的高低与运动项目的特点有关,长时间大负荷和力量性项目训练后其CK值可能会相对较高些,把CK值250IU/L作为所有运动项目的肌肉疲劳调控临界值值得重新考虑,而BUN值低于正常临界值时也会有机体疲劳的发生。
By measuring the content of CK and BUN after training one time every week,the study observed and compared the value of CK and BUN of athletes of track and field,kickboxing,and weight lifting bicycle. The results showed the CK value of athletes was arranged in order of bicycle, weight lifting, kickboxing>track and field,the probability of BUN value over 8.3?mmol/L was fewer. The results suggested the CK value was related to sports item,the CK value of spors items of long time and heuy load training and powerful sports items may be higher.It was necessavry to reconsider taking the 250?IU/L of CK as critical adjusting value of muscle fatigue.When BUN value was lower than critical value, the body may be fatigue.
