环境友好型织物柔软剂的研制

摘要 以硬脂酸、三乙醇胺为原料,在130℃-175℃合成双酯化物,再在pH=7-8、70℃时加入氯乙酸,反应4小时,合成标题化合物。经正交试验,选择了最佳反应条件:硬脂酸与三乙醇胺分子比为2:1,反应时间为6-7小时,苯磺酸作为催化剂加入量为0 2%,携水剂量为35%。红外光谱表征了产品化合物。 Triethanolamine stearic acid ester was synthesized by reacting stearic acid with triethanolamine at 130℃-175℃, then treated with chloroacetic acid at pH 7-8 and 70℃ to give triethanolamine stearic acid ester betaine. The optimum conditions of esterification reaction were set by orthogonal experiments as follows: The ratio of stearic acid to triethanolamine was 2:1; reaction time was 6-7 hours; p-toluenesulfonate, 0.2% by weight, as the catalyst; toluene, 35% by weight, as the solvent for removing water. The product was characterized by IR spectroscopy.
