成骨通络丸治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死22例

22 Cases with Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head of Children Treated with Cheng Gu Tong Luo Wan

为观察成骨通络丸治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效 ,分为成骨通络丸 +皮牵引组 (中药组 )、手术 +皮牵引组 (手术组 )、活性钙冲剂 +皮牵引组 (活性钙组 ) 3组 ,对 3组疗效、疼痛、功能、关节活动度及 X线分型进行比较 ,结果显示经 1～ 5 a随访 ,优良率中药组为 91 .91 %,手术组为 90 %,活性钙组为 5 8.82 %,中药组与手术组之间疗效无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;中药组与活性钙组、手术组与活性钙组之间疗效有显著差异( P<0 .0 5 ) ,说明成骨通络丸可明显改善患者疼痛、功能、关节活动度及 X线表现 ,起到与手术治疗相近的疗效。

To observe the clinical effect on ischemic necrosis of the femoral head of children treated with Cheng Gu Tong Luo Wan.22 cases were divided into three groups:the herb group cooperated with skin traction,the surgery group cooperated with skin traction,the activated calcium soluble medicine group cooperated with skin traction.We compared the curative effect of every group on pain,function,activity of joint and X ray stages.Results:after 1～5 years′follow up,the success rate of the herb group,the surgery contrast group and the activated calcium soluble medicine contrast group is 91.91%,90.00% and 58.82% respectively.There is no significant difference between herb group and surgery group(P>0.05),while ther is significant difference between the former groups and activated calcium soluble medicine group(P<0.05).It indicated that Cheng Gu Tong Luo Wan can enhance the curative effect,relieve the pain,improve the function,activity of joint and X ray representation evidently.It has the similar curative effects to the surgery method.
