摘要
针对目前体育与养生的理论基础混淆的状况 ,提出几点质疑 ,并得出以下结论 :①运动和养生是两个不同的概念 ,其理论基础应区别对待 ;②现代健康应以养神为主 ,辅之以运动 ,营养、休息等养形手段 ,才能形神俱全 ;③养神的基本内容为养成平常心 ,加之经常参加静养练习和运动量较小的“绵缓”运动。
This paper put forwards questions as the confusing of two theoretical bases between P.E and health Preservation. The result shows that: (1) the concept of P.E and health preser vation health is varied. We must deal with each case on its merits; (2) the main factor to keep one’s health is rest to attain mental tranquility, additional sports, nurture and rest; (3) the contents of repose are cultivating common mentality, sitting in repose with one’s eyes closed and take low load exercise usually.
