摘要
采用心理学量表 (精神卫生自评量表SCL - 90 ) ,对浙江学院参加野外生存活动的学生进行心理健康状况的心理测量 ,并将结果与普通大学生进行了横向比较。结果表明 :开展野外生存活动教学明显改善大学生心理健康水平 ,特别是“人际关系敏感”、“强迫”、“抑郁”、“焦虑” 4项因子上 ,效果显著。
By an investigation of psychology, the author finds that the college students participate survival training in the fields are much psychologicall healthier than those who don’t. It pointed out that college students’ mental health can be evidently improved by students’ survival training in the fields, especially in the index such as sensitive human relationship、compulsion、tristimania and anxiety.
