A Judgement on the Two General Yang

本文叙述了杨增新、杨飞霞在养兵、防俄、裁军及俄败兵安置问题上的分歧 ,认为“二杨”之间的矛盾多缘于政见上的不同 。

The author studies the divergences and conflicts between General Yang Zengxin and General Yang Feixia in issues such as maintaining the army, defending the Russian army, disarmament and dealing with Russian defeated army. The author points out that the two generals disagreed with each other because of different political opinions instead of personal prejudice.
