摘要
首先用同态增晰方法,对包含车牌字符区域图像增强,压缩其他区域图像,然后用遗传算法搜索众多可能区域,并最终确定字符区域.实验证明该方法对复杂背景下的车牌图像定位具有简单、快速、抗噪声能力强的特点.
First,by the homomorphic method,the image region covering vehicle license plate characteristics is enhanced and the other region is compressed.Then, many possible areas are searched by genetic algorithm.Finally, characteristics region is determined. The experimental results show that the method is simple,rapid and of strong antinoise ability applied to vehicle license plate image location in complex backgrounds.
