强化职能谋求新发展——山西省河曲县组建乡镇林业中心站的调查

Strengthen Basic Function to Promote Further Development--Investigation to the Establishment of the Local Forestry Central Office in Hequ County of Shanxi Province

中共中央国务院《关于加快林业发展的决定》对乡镇林业站的职能作了明确定位。山西省河曲县为强化林业工作站职能,组建了5个乡镇林业中心站,作为林业局派出机构,解决了办公、生活用房,并配备了相应的人员和经费。建站一年来,林业中心站在发挥林业技术人员的整体作用、加强林业基层阵地建设、强化森林资源综合管理,加强国家生态工程的建设等方面发挥了重要的作用。

In the implementation of the Chinese State Council Concerning Some Policies on quickening the development of forestry, the Chinese government defines clearly the function of the forestry central office of villages and towns. In order to strengthen the function of the local forestry central office, the Heyou County of Shanxi Province set up 5 forestry central offices as the agency of forestry bureau. The local government gives enough sustentation funds to solve the problems such as the official and living housing utilization as well as daily expenditure and employment of staff. Over one year, the local forestry central offices play an important role in making use of the function of forestry technical staff and strengthening the basic construction of forestry as well as promoting the development of the reasonable integrated management of forest resource and strengthening the construction of the national ecological projects, etc.
