中国湿地保护区可持续发展对策研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of the Wetland Protection in China

湿地是地球自然生态系统的重要组成部分,它发挥着重要的生态、经济和社会效益。我国政府非常重视湿地资源的保护,建立了各级自然保护区和湿地保护区管理体系。但在管理方面仍然存在一定的问题,阻碍了湿地保护事业的发展。文章分别从国家宏观管理体制和保护区管理机构微观方面提出了湿地保护区可持续发展的对策建议。

The wetland is one important component of the earth natural ecosystem and the important natural resources for human survival and development. It plays important role in ecology, economic and social benefit. Our government pays much attention to wetland protection and sets up all kinds of nature reserves to manage wetland resources. Though the management systems of protection of wetland have already taken into shape tentatively at present, there are still many problems in the management of natural reserves. The effective method to solve the problems is to establish the ecosystem management system to ensure the sustainable development. The author puts emphasis on discussing the protection of the biosphere of wetland from the angle of the macroscopical management system and microcosmic management system.
