摘要  选用10只健康蛋鸡进行口服富锌酵母和硫酸锌的药物代谢动力学和生物利用度研究。采用原子吸收法测定血浆锌浓度,药-时数据经MCPKP程序处理,结果口服富锌酵母和硫酸锌在蛋鸡体内运转适合一室开放模型,主要药代动力学参数:富锌酵母为tmax=2.11h,Cmax=2.42μg/mL,Ka=1.06h-1,t1/2Ka=0.76h,t1/2K=2.47h,Kel=0.29h-1;硫酸锌为tmax=2.27h,Cmax=1.63μg/mL,Ka=1.19h-1,t1/2Ka=0.74h,Kel=0.31h-1,t1/2K=2.32h;口服高锌酵母的相对生物利用度F(AUC富锌酵母/AUC硫酸锌)=148%,显示蛋鸡口服富锌酵母要比硫酸锌效果好,为其1.48倍。 The pharmacokinetics of high zinc yeast and ZnSO_4 were studied in layers by the method of atomic (absorption) spectrophotometry. The blood drug concentration-time curves in layers were all best fitted to first (order) absorption one-compartment open model after a single dose (10 mg Zn/kg b.w.) of high zinc yeast and ZnSO_4 by PO respectively. The main pharmacokinetic parameters of high zinc yeast were as follows: t_(max)=2.11 h, C_(max)=2.42 (μg/mL), Ka=1.06 h^(-1), t_(1/2Ka)=0.76 h, t_(1/2K)=2.47 h, Kel=0.29 h^(-1). Those parameters of ZnSO_4 were as follows: t_(max)=(2.27 h), C_(max)=1.63 μg/mL, Ka=1.19 h^(-1), t_(1/2Ka)=0.74 h, Kel=0.31 h^(-1) , t_(1/2K)=2.32 h. The relative bioavailability F(AUC_( high zinc yeast)/ AUC_(ZnSO_4)) was 148%. The consequence indicated that the bioavailability of high zine yeast was 1.48 times that of ZnSO_4, and the layers absorbed the high zinc yeast better than ZnSO_4.
