质疑差异性货币政策

本文通过对差异性货币政策推行的可行论证,得出如下结论:实行差异性货币政策不是从源头上出发寻求解决地区经济发展差异问题的办法,在我国不具备内在的生成逻辑;差异性货币政策缺乏现实的操作基础;信贷资金从落后地区的流出具有客观必然性。

The paper demonstrates the feasibility of the differential monetary policy, and draws such conclusions. The first is to carry out the differential monetary policy is neither solute the problem about the difference of aerial economy developing,nor has the inner logic. The second is the differential monetary policy which lacks of the base of reality control. The last one is that it is necessary for the capital to flow from the laggard area to other places.
