赛前强化训练对优秀田径运动员B淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 通过对广东省田径队参加“2000年全国田径锦标赛”优秀短跨项目运动员四周大强度训练和比赛的跟踪调查,观察大强度长时间训练和比赛对其机体B淋巴细胞免疫系统功能的影响。结果显示:长时间大强度训练对高水平田径运动员免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM影响不大,但IgG始终低于正常水平,呈显著性差异(P<0.05);整个训练和比赛中,唾液分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)呈现对抗原刺激后的增加,训练后与正常值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),比赛后与正常值比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结果提示:高水平田径短跨项目运动员赛前大强度长时间训练不会对血清免疫球蛋白含量产生太大影响,但唾液SIgA则会显著性升高,表明黏膜免疫系统功能良好,不存在“开窗现象”。以上结果可能与训练水平或良好的心理应激状态有关。 The effects of strengthen training on B-Lymphocytes immune system of the elite short-distance and hurdle athletes of Guang Dong province were studied. The results showed that the plasma immunoglobulin (including IgA?IgG?IgM) changed non-significantly, but IgG increased significantly(P<0.05)after four weeks of strengthen training. During the training and competitions, saliva secretary immunoglobulin A increased by the stimulate of antigen significantly(P<0.05). It showed that strengthen training could not change the function of B-lymphocytes immune system in elite track and field athletes, but could increase saliva secretary immunoglobulin A. The results probably were concerned with training level or excellent psychology condition.
