凤兮凤兮何去来——从《论语》看孔子的仕隐情结

《论语》记载了孔子对隐逸问题的深刻思考。孔子的基本仕隐观是"天下有道则见,无道则隐。"但救世精神及仁政理想又使孔子突破其仕隐观的束缚,积极求仕。最后,孔子在理想成空的情况下怀道归隐。使孔子实现从仕到隐这一人生转折的是中庸思想,仕隐情结伴随孔子的一生。

LunYu'recorded Confucius profound considerations of withdrawing from society.His basic view is 'show up when there is Tao;withdraw when there isn't'.But his responsiblity of saving the world and having a benevolent government encouraged him to seek official career.Confucius finally withdrew when his ambition failed .It was the golden mean which directed Confucius to either seeking offical career or to withdrawing from it and the thought and feeling followed him all his life.
