摘要
基于SIMULINK建立了液力变矩减速器制动的仿真模型,分析了某重型履带车辆下坡减速和高速减速的制动性能.研究表明该液力元件能够满足该车辆下坡减速工况的使用要求;受液力变矩减速制动器在车辆传动系统布置位置的影响,车辆高速时减速制动力略显不足,需进行液-机联合制动.
The retardment simulation of hydraulic torque convertor & retarder is founded using SIMULINK. The brake performances of some heavy track vehicle are analyzed including running down along the slope and deceleration at high speed. The results show that the hydraulic element is able to meet the deceleration requirements of running down along the slope. The brake force at high speed is insufficient due to the element position in the power-train. In this case, a hydro-mechanic blend brake is necessary.
