耕地质量衰退造成的耕地隐性流失已严重影响了耕地总量动态平衡战略的实施以及耕地的可持续发展。针对这一问题,本文从阐释耕地隐性流失的含义入手,剖析了耕地隐性流失的生成机制,并提出防治耕地隐性流失的几项措施,以期引起大家对保护耕地质量的关注。
