摘要
从诚信原则的角度,阐述了在市场经济条件下,企业劳动关系需要诚信原则作基础,从而使双方建立一种和谐、互惠、平等、信任的关系。文章观点新颖,具有较强的现实指导意义。
This paper elucidates that the market economic environment stipulates that the principle of good faith should be regarded as the reliable foundation on which labour relations could be established inside an enterprise.The author further demonstrates that labour relations developed on such a foundation are characterized by harmoniousness,mutual benefit,equality and trust.The points of view of this paper are novel and clear,and they are operable guiding ideology useful for labour management of enterprises.
