The Problems of the Teacher Groups in the Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges and the Study of Its Countermeasure

当前高职院校教师队伍建设中存在着诸多的问题,无论是教师的数量还是质量,无论是教师的学历、职称还是专职教师、兼职教师、实践教师的比例、结构都存在着严重的不足。要确保高职院校的教学质量,必须树立正确的教师观,化大力解决“五大”问题,建好四支队伍。

There are a lot of problems in the construction of the teacher groups in the higher vocational and technical colleges, such as in teachers?quality and quantity, academic credentials and professional titles, even the proportion and structure of professional teachers, part-time teachers and practice teachers. In order to ensure the teaching quality of higher vocational and technical colleges, we should acquire a correct teachers concept and focus on resolving the above five problems so as to strengthen the teaching body.
