摘要
用不同浓度的 Na HSO3及其与 KCl和 6 - BA配合对贵州惠水金钱橘叶表进行喷施 ,研究其对叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明 :较低浓度 (3~ 9mmol/ L )的 Na HSO3对叶片光合速率有明显促进作用 ,作用效果长达 6 d之久 ;当 Na HSO3浓度较高 (≥ 12 mmol/ L )时对光合作用不利 ;低浓度的 Na HSO3分别与 1mmol/ L KCl和 5 mmol/ L 6 - BA配合施用 。
Effects of different concentrations of NaHSO 3 and it mixed with KCl and 6 BA on photosynthetic rate in leaves of Hui shui's Fortunella margarita were studied. The results showed that the application of lower concentrations NaHSO 3(3-9mmol/L) increased net photosynthetic rate in leaves, and the effects could keep for 6 days or more. The higher concentrations of NaHSO 3(≥12mmol/L) were not helpful to the photosynthesis of the plant. As lower NaHSO 3 mixed with 1 mmol/L KCl and 5 mmol/L 6 BA respectively to treat the leaves, their photosynthetic rate was promoted much more.
