摘要
利用滇四型金南特 4 3A转育而成的“金新 A”、“PARCCP- 72 A”香米不育系与恢复系 (材料 )进行测交 ,对杂交香稻组合香味遗传分析及优势应用。结果表明 :滇四型杂交稻香味受 2对独立遗传的隐性基因控制 ,香性为隐性性状 ,非香性为显性性状 。
By wide testcrosses between sterile lines of Japonic Indica aroma rice and its restorer, hybrid aroma rice combinations with strong heterosis were bred and the aroma was analyzed genetically. The results indicated that the aroma trait was controlled by two recessive genes independently, and non aroma was dominan. The fertilities of two aroma sterile lines, Jin xin A and PARCCP 72A, were stable and the combinations of PARCCP 72A had marked heterosis.
