宋哲元就任冀察政务委员会委员长后 ,首先对冀察政务委员会的人事进行调整 ,在以后的对日交涉中虽有一些妥协和让步 ,但抗日御侮。

After Song Zhe yuan held the post of the chairman of the Jicha government affairs committee,he first regulated the personnel matters.Although Song Zhe yuan had some compromise to Japan,the main trend of his political affairs was resistance against Japan to defend state sovereignty and national honor.
