The Application of Accelerated Test Method to Assessing Life Span of Auxiliary Tank Cone

可靠性寿命试验是装备可靠性增长改进中考核评估的重要内容 ,采用加速试验法评估可靠性寿命问题是当前可靠性工程努力寻求的方向。针对飞机副油箱尾锥可靠性疲劳寿命问题 ,采用加速寿命试验方法对其进行寿命评估 ,通过试验和部队试用证明方法是完全可行的。

The reliability endurance test is an important method of increasing and ameliorating equipment reliability. Using the method of accelerated test to assess reliability life span is a positive aspect at present. In view of the reliability fatigue life of the aircraft auxiliary fuel tank cone, this paper adopts the method of accelerated test to assess its life span. The result shows that the combination method of the accelerated test in workshop and the test-flight in airfield is an effective way of determining equipment reliability life span.
