Capability of Anti-oxidation Coating of C / C Composites

摘要 对浸涂、刷涂和固化处理的C/C复合材料涂层 ,经过热震和静态氧化试验 ,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和光电分析天平 (TGA)作对比研究 ,探讨了涂层的抗氧化和失效机制。结果表明 :涂层中的微裂纹是导致其失效的主要原因 ,刹车盘用C/C复合材料涂层厚度选择 0 0 3mm至 0 0 5mm。 The tests of thermal shock and static oxidation are done to C / C composite coating processed through soaking, coat brushing and solidifying. Then the coating's anti-oxidation and mechanism invalidity are discussed through the contrast and study by using SEM and TGM. The result shows that microcracks in the coating are the main cause for coating invalidity, so the thickness of C / C composite coated on the brake should be selected within 0.03 to 0.05 mm.
