农产品价格涨升对我国农业发展的启示

在农产品中 ,粮食作为基础性产品 ,其价格上涨必然带动其他商品价格上涨。 2 0 0 3年主要农产品价格的涨升 ,除了是农产品价格长期低迷的反弹外 ,还有国内国外市场供需结构变动的影响 ,分析这些因素其主要启示是 :必须正确认识我国农产品尤其是粮食供求关系和粮食生产能力 ,正确引导农业结构的调整 ,完善粮食储备体系 ,建立政府对粮油等主要农产品的预报和应急机制等 ,使我国农业持续稳定地发展。

As basic products in farm produce, Going up of farm produce's price will necessarily drive rising of other product's price.Going up of main farm products' price in 2003 is due to rebounding of farm product's price being low in a long time,as well as influence of alteration of demand and supply structure in inner and outer markets. By analyzing these factors, some revelation can be gained: we should recognize the connection of demand and supply of foodstuff, steer the adjustment of agriculture structure exactly, and consummate foodstuff refertory system. The government should construct the prediction and emergency mechanism of main farm product, such as grain and grease. By doing so, Chinese agriculture can develop persistently and steadily.
