Present Teaching Quality of Agricultural Practice and Its Countermeasure

实践教学在培养合格人才上发挥着重要作用。加强农科实践教学 ,必须更新教育观念 ,提高思想认识 ;健全教学体系 ,完善实践环节 ;改革管理体制 ,加强队伍建设 ;加强基地建设 ,服务实践教学 ;加强组织管理 ,严格考核制度。

Practical teaching plays an important role in training talents.But at present,various reasons have decreased the teaching quality of agricultural practice,which forces people to search for countermeasures to reverse the state.The basic ways are as follows:renewing educational ideas and improving the recognition of practical teaching;regularing new practical teaching system and perfecting practical teaching links;reforming management system and reenforcing team construction,strengthening base constraction and serving practical teaching;strengthening organization management and rigiding check-up system.
