摘要 介绍了利用生物转化法合成L 抗坏血酸新型衍生物 2 O α D 吡喃型葡萄糖基 L 抗坏血酸 (AA 2G)的生产方法及其分离纯化方法 ,并对AA The methods of producing 2 O α D glucopyranosyl L ascorbic acid(AA 2G) by biological transformation and its separation were introduced in detail. And the application perspective of AA 2G was prospected as well.
