城镇个人已购住房土地登记管理信息系统技术问题研究

Research on Technical Problems of Land Registration ManagementInformation System Established for Houses Purchased by Urban and Rural Residents

文中通过对城镇已购住房用地登记发证具体操作的分析 ,提出了实现城镇已购住房登记发证与建立城镇地籍信息系统的有机统一。文中就实际工作中遇到的有关技术问题和解决方法提出一些看法。这对实现土地登记全覆盖、保护土地权利人的合法权益、方便国土资源管理日常工作、实现信息高度共享等具有重要意义。

Based on analysis of practical operation in land use registration and certificates issuing of houses purchased by urban and rural residents, the necessity of uniting organically registration and certificates-issuing with establishment of cadastral information system of urban and rural houses purchased is discussed in the paper, what's more, some viewpoints for technical problems encountered in practical work and corresponding solutions are also put forward, which are certain to play an important role to realize overall covering of land registration, protect the legitimate rights of land owners, facilitate daily management work of territorial resources and realize sharing of information
