放射工作者细胞遗传效应的研究

A study on the cytogenetic reaction of people who worked on radiology

目的 了解放射人员的辐射效应 ,为卫生防护监督管理部门搞好健康管理提供科学依据。方法 取温州地区 32 5例放射工作人员 (放射组 )和 5 0例未明显接触放射源的正常对照组的外周血淋巴细胞进行培养 ,检测染色体畸变率和细胞微核率。结果 放射组染色体平均畸变率为 0 .36 % ,细胞平均微核率为 2 .87% ,染色体畸变体和细胞微核率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 温州地区放射工作人员染色体损伤和细胞微核率已明显增加。

Objective To study the radiation effect on people who worked on radiation department to provide the scientific proof for the health protect and administrative bureaus to improve their health administration. Methods 325 persons who worked on radiation department in Wenzhou district were chosen as the test group, and 50 persons who did not contacted with radiation were chosen as the control group. Their PBLCs were cultured and the rates of the chromosomal teragenesis and the micronuclei were detected.Results The rate of chromosomal teragenesis was 0.36% and the rate of micronuclei was 2.87 % in the test group. Both rates were much higher in the test group than in the control group (\%P<0.001,P<0.05\%).Conclusion The rates of chromosomal damage and the micronuclei of people who worked on radiation department in Wenzhou district were increased.
