摘要
采用化学还原法制备了非晶态NiB/膨润土和NiNdB/膨润土催化剂,研究了Nd对催化剂苯加氢活性、热稳定性、抗硫性能的影响。利用ICP、H2-TPD、DSC、XPS、氢化学吸附、CS2中毒等方法对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,少量Nd可以从结构效应和电子效应两方面影响催化剂性能,使催化剂的加氢活性和抗硫性能提高。而且Nd的存在可以降低合金的自由体积和扩散系数,从而改善了非晶态合金的热稳定性。
Amorphous NiB/Bn and NiNd/Bn catalysts were prepared by chemical reduction. The effects of Nd on the benzene hydrogenation, thermal stability and sulfur resistance over catalyst were studied. The characteristics of catalysts were investigated by means of ICP, H_2-TPD, DSC, XPS, hydrogen chemisorption, CS_2 poisoning. Experimental results show that a small amount of Nd affects the properties of catalyst by way of structural effect and electronic effect, improving the hydrogenation activity and sulfur resistance. In addition, the existence of Nd decreases free volume and diffusion rate, increasing the thermal stability of amorphous alloy.
